We do not knowingly collect data of children below the age of 18.
3.Purposes for Which We Use Data
- To respond to your enquiry and suggest suitable land/plot options;
- To contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email and for follow-up;
- To coordinate site visits and introduce you to the relevant broker;
- To improve service quality, for training, and internal analysis;
- For invoicing, accounting, and legal compliance;
- For fraud prevention and platform security.
4.Consent
- 4.1Your data is processed on the basis of your free, specific, and informed consent, which you give while filling a form or using the platform.
- 4.2You may withdraw your consent at any time. On withdrawal of consent, we will stop promotional contact with you; however, records necessary for legal/accounting purposes may be retained for the prescribed period.
- 4.3To withdraw consent or make any request, write to the email given above.
6.Data Retention
- 6.1Data of an active lead is retained for up to 99 years from the last contact.
- 6.2Records related to contracts, invoices, and accounts are retained as per applicable law (generally 8 years).
- 6.3Data is deleted or anonymised once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
7.Your Rights
- The right to obtain information about, and a copy of, your data;
- The right to correction and updating of inaccurate data;
- The right to request erasure of data;
- The right to grievance redressal, and, if dissatisfied, the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India;
- The right to nominate a nominee for the event of death or incapacity.
8.Call Recording and Communication
- 8.1Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; in such cases, notice will be given at the start of the call.
- 8.2Our communications will comply with TRAI's Commercial Communication regulations. To stop promotional messages, you may send “STOP” at any time or notify us.
10.Data Security
- 10.1We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures — role-based access, password controls, encrypted transmission, confidentiality undertakings from employees, and regular backups.
- 10.2In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board as required by law.
- 10.3No system on the internet is completely secure; therefore, absolute security cannot be assured.
11.Grievance Redressal
For any complaint relating to data, please contact the Grievance Redressal Officer (details in Clause 11 of the Terms of Use). We will endeavour to respond within 15 days.
12.Changes to This Policy
This policy may be changed from time to time. The revised policy will be effective from the date of publication on the platform. Notice of any material change will be given by email or notice on the platform.
